  11.     1.    ICL-Libraries are now supported as well !

  13.     2.    Ability of extracting icons from ICL-, EXE- and DLL-files.

  16.         Ico2Bmp! is 'blind' for ICL-, EXE- and DLL-files.

  18.     4.    "NoLibExtract=1" (INI-setting) does the same as the Command "/NOLIBS".

  20.     5.    The names of ICL-, EXE-/DLL-bitmaps have been changed.
  21.         ALL files will have the '.bmp'-extension now;
